Welcome to Wasi Masi! I'm Roxana, and together with my
young son Antonio and our friendly dog Balú, we run a
quiet, relaxed guest house in the centre of Sucre, three
blocks from the central plaza.

Passing the old classic automobile in the driveway,
you'll find our shady yet colourful courtyard
well-equipped with easy chairs and tables, as well as an
old-fashioned stove which you're welcome to light on a
chilly evening - we always have firewood available.
|
|
|
Overlooking the courtyard is a semi-enclosed
lounge/terrace area, and above that, a second terrace
where you can enjoy a drink, use the free WiFi, and look
out over the surrounding rooftops. Alternatively, you can
relax in the TV room with our extensive collection of
DVDs, select some reading material from what is probably
the best book exchange in Sucre, or just sit and chat
about the state of the world with Alejandro, our resident
"wise old man".

Breakfast is included in the price of a room, but if
you're still feeling peckish, our restaurant is open from
08:30 to 14:00. At lunchtime we serve a traditional,
tasty (and cheap!) Bolivian three-course meal. If you
want to prepare your own food, there's also a small but
fully equipped kitchen available to all guests ... and
any evening that enough people are interested, we hold a
barbecue in the courtyard.

If there's anything else you need, just ask. We'll do
your laundry at reasonable rates, offer tourist
information and advice, and can even recommend a good
Spanish teacher if you need one.

¡Bienvenido a Wasi Masi! Soy Roxana, con mi hijo Antonio
y nuestro perro "Balú" dirigimos una casa de huéspedes
tranquila y relajante en el centro de Sucre, a tres
cuadras de la plaza central.

Al pasar el automóvil viejo clásico en la entrada,
encontrará nuestro patio sombreado pero lleno de color,
bien equipado con sillones, mesas, y una fogata que le
invitamos a encender si pasa una noche fresca con
nosotros (siempre hay leña disponible).

Con vista al patio hay un salón/terraza semicerrado, y
encima, una segunda terraza donde se puede disfrutar de
una bebida, usar el Wi-Fi gratuito, y mirar los tejados
de los alrededores. Alternativamente, usted puede
relajarse en la sala de televisión con nuestra extensa
colección de DVDs, seleccionar literatura del que es
probablemente el mejor intercambio de libros en Sucre, o
simplemente sentarse y charlar sobre el estado del mundo
con Alejandro, nuestro residente "viejo sabio".

El desayuno está incluido en el precio de la habitación,
pero si usted todavía tiene ganas de comer, el
restaurante se abre de 08:30 a 14:00 horas. Se sirve un
almuerzo tradicional y sabroso (y barato!) de tres
platos. Si desea preparar su propia comida, está
disponible también una pequeña cocina bien equipada para
los huéspedes ... y cualquier noche que haya interés
suficiente, hacemos una parrillada en el patio.

Cualquier cosa que usted necesite, sólo pregunte. Podemos
lavar su ropa por un precio económico, ofrecemos consejos
e información turística, incluso podemos recomendarle un
buen profesor de español.
